14. Send documents: we will send you origin B/L and custom documents (packing list, commercial invoice, AQIS etc) by express. Or Telex Released B/L.

Inspection of Products:
We have our own QC department in our factory to make sure that all our products are in very good quality before shipping out to our customers.
Quality Control:
Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of leather/fabric/paper by sample which should be strictly the same as mass production.
We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
Every product quality checked before packing.
Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
After Sales Service:
Shipment and sample quality tracking includes lifetime.
Any small problem happening in our furniture will be solved at the most prompt time.
We always offer relative technical support. Quick response, all your inquire will be replied within 24 hours.
Could you go to our country to do the field installation?
If you pay for the return fare and related spending, we can go to your country to fix, or we will transport the goods by sea, you can fix them by yourself according to our installation drawings.
How about you’re after- sales service?
If the product only has any problems during the shelf life (non-human damage), please take the corresponding situation with the picture and send it to our department’s mailbox.
We will have a professional colleague to provide the corresponding solution to you to avoid causing any trouble or distress to you. In the case of serious circumstances, we promise to help you replace all the defective parts and products free of charge. Once again sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
For the installation, we already put one drawing papers in our packing carton, if you did not get it.
We can provide again and ask our professional staff to teach you to step by step which you need to pay more attention.
